The Mind Science Foundation invites you to join us on May 26, 2008 for a presentation by David Eagleman, PhD, Baylor College of Medicine, as he discusses a new initiative on Law, Brains and Behavior to determine how new discoveries in neuroscience should navigate the way we make laws, punish criminals, and develop rehabilitation.

New discoveries in neuroscience could mean new and far reaching approaches to your brain and the law. For instance, Could your spouse ask for a brain scan during a divorce trial? Could a potential employer require a pre-employment brain scan to check for depression or other mental health issues?
