Dear Friend of Mind Science, We hope this note finds you enjoying the cooler weather of fall, and anticipating a joyous holiday season! We are deeply thankful for your support in 2011. Mind Science Foundation seeks to be on the cutting edge of research on mind and brain. We support investigations by leading scientists, expanding opportunities for young scientists, and increasing public awareness of advances in the study of brain and mind through public lectures and conferences. We had many successes in 2011 - just click on the boxes to the right to see - but we want to do more, and are already making plans do just that in 2012. Mind Science has established its role in supporting research and education through the generosity and vision of our founder, Tom Slick. We look forward to sustaining and expanding Tom Slick’s vision by continuing to engage the support of people like you. The last 50 years have seen dramatic advances in how we understand mind, brain, and consciousness. We hope that you take this opportunity to “extend your mind,” and join us in making the next 50 years even more exciting. With warm regards, ![]() Robert R. "Bob" Cocke, Ph.D. Paul T.
